Are you ready to start a 4 week transformative journey to take you from feeling scattered and stressed to feeling focused and connected? This course will help you access a deeper state of mind which will elevate your whole day and over the four weeks these effects will compound. You will learn to intentionally tune in to guidance from your intuition and connect to the quantum field.

What you will learn
What I have put together is a series of 4 guided meditations that will support you to develop a meditation practice with confidence, each week building on the one before in increasing incrementally in time and depth. As you progress you'll notice a more centered and focused approach to your busy life. These meditations will help you to befriend your nervous system so that your mind feels clearer and more able to be receptive to insight, intuition and guidance from the Universe.
We will finish the challenge at Samhain on 31st October with a 20 minute live mediation on zoom.
There will also be weekly email check ins to keep you motivated and on track and for you to ask any questions that might arise for you.

Your Guide
Kristina Lewis is a dedicated instructor with over a decade of experience in the realm of mindfulness and meditation practices. Her journey began when she sought solace from stress and overwhelm during her teenage years when she first discovered yoga and meditation.
Over the years, Kristina has deepened her understanding through extensive training, including yoga teacher training, massage and myofascial release.
Kristina offers practices and bodywork from a heart centered and trauma informed perspective.
