Meditation for Connection and Flow

This is a four week course that will support you to eshtablish a daily practice and keep building on it, adding more depth each week. This course will allow you to find time for yourself each day to tune in and find a more peaceful place inside yourself. From this place you can tap into the power of intention setting, and deepen your intuition. Meditation has been shown to regulate your nervous system, reduce stress levels and reduce your experience of pain. Even a short practice can elevate your whole day.
